NFT.London 2022 Applications Close Early — Final Speaker Announcement

Today we are announcing the final round of approved speakers who will be joining us at NFT.London at the QEII Centre in Westminster later this year (Nov 3–4).

With over 1,300 submissions, speaker applications have CLOSED early — Late submissions will be added to a speaker waitlist.

Since 2019, Brands have participated in NFT.NYC events to learn and share their vision for how NFTs can be used to strengthen community engagement and enhance their marketing campaigns with new KPIs.

Dr. Emily L. Spratt — Sotheby’s Institute of Art, New York

“The Future of NFTs for Fine Art”

Dr. Emily L. Spratt earned her doctorate from Princeton University and completed her post-doctorate in the Data Science Institute at Columbia University. She is now the art and technology lead at Sotheby’s Institute of Art in New York. Her research concerns the philosophical, ethical, and legal implications of DLT and AI-enhanced technologies for the recording, analysis, generation, and curation of art and film.

She was an expert consultant for Campari in the film Fellini Forward, and was the art curator for the Global Forum on AI for Humanity sponsored by President Macron. Emily is known for her work with the chef Alain Passard and L’Arpège on The Gastronomic Algorithms. She is also the former strategic advisor of Artory, which she helped pivot into a blockchain-based art market company.

Emily’s presentation considers the current relationship of NFTs with the fine art world and considers how the growth of this relationship affects museums, universities, auction houses, galleries, and a host of businesses in the art and technology sector.

Game Producer by day, Artist by night, Loïc creates interactive virtual worlds that invite his audience to engage and participate in creative storytelling.

Loïc’s talk is about how one can expand on their NFTs’ IP to create rich backstories, entire online identities that people remember, and how to connect to others via derivative art.
