NFT.NYC 2021 — Speaker Applications now open for 2021 Physical Event
Today, February 20, 2021, marks exactly 1 year since we last met in New York City for NFT.NYC.
NFT.NYC 2020 started with an oversold (and very overcrowded) VIP and Speaker Dinner the night before, followed by a huge day of great talks and networking with the NFT Community. Here’s a reel of some highlights.
Since that time, the world has been very different — We’ve all watched as the event space embarked on a digital migration and Zoom virtual events became the new norm.
After throwing around the idea of an “NFT.NYC online” in 2021, the response was clear, that NFT.NYC should remain a physical event.
We all have Zoom fatigue.
As much as the NFT community thrives on digital innovation, it deeply values real life connections that just cannot be simulated with a virtual event.
Our plan is to hold another physical event in Times Square, NYC on October 20, 2021*

Commencing April 20, approximately 10 approved Speakers will be announced each month, across 10 NFT Topics:

- Wild and Crazy use cases
Mini Virtual Events
Leading up to the physical event, 5 x 30 min Virtual Events will be held on the last Wednesday of each month. Each will feature 5 participants speaking about one of the 10 NFT.NYC Topics. Each of these mini Virtual Events will be followed by a supporting NFT.NYC blog post.
