Head of Technical Accounting and Financial Reporting, OpenSea

Mary is OpenSea’s Head of Technical Accounting and Financial Reporting focused on accounting for complex digital asset transactions. Prior to OpenSea, Mary led the technical accounting work at Novi, Meta’s FinTech arm. She is also an industry thought leader serving on the AICPA Digital Assets Working Group, among others.

Ram Ravi
Senior Consultant (Regulatory and Legal Risk Advisory), Deloitte

Ram is a legal, regulatory & compliance professional with in-depth expertise in operating with banks, fin-techs, and financial service providers advising them on emerging regulations and trends. He has been an NFT aficionado since 2020 and has closely followed the regulatory space.

Having worked on three continents, Ram has garnered pan-global experiences in the realms of FI Risk Advisory (Legal & Reg.), Investment Portfolio Guideline Monitoring, AML/ Sanctions, and Asset Reconstruction. This in turn has equipped him with a transcendent knowledge of the international capital markets and the cross-regional regulatory standards that govern them.

With an LL.M. in Finance and an MBA in Business Analytics, Ravi specializes in providing insights on all topics at the intersection of technology & law.

Harrison Adams
Financial Markets Real Estate Associate, PwC

Harrison Adams is a Financial Markets Real Estate Associate at PwC in New York City. Harrison served as president of the Real Estate Club at Indiana University and was part of an inaugural group to set up a student-led real estate private equity fund at the University.

Harrison became active in the broader crypto industry in 2020 after becoming interested in Chainlink. Since then, he has become passionate about the NFT space, specifically thought leadership surrounding tokenizing real-world assets.

Sumeet Chugani
Associate General Counsel, Coinbase

Sumeet Chugani is currently Associate General Counsel at Coinbase. Prior to Coinbase, Sumeet was SVP & Deputy General Counsel at Apple Bank, where led the Consumer Banking Legal Team. Prior to joining Apple Bank, he led Citizens Bank Legal in merchant installments, personal loans, credit cards, consumer payments, and digital marketing. Prior to his in-house roles, Mr. Chugani was a regulatory consultant at PwC, and a consumer financial services litigator at Akerman LLP and Diaz, Reus & Targ LLP.
