Today we are announcing the second round of approved speakers for NFT.NYC 2023 including 32 new Speakers in the Future Track.
Total speakers approved to date from the Future Track is now 86.

Michael Casey

Michael Casey is the Chief Content Officer at CoinDesk, the leading media platform for the blockchain and digital asset community, and the author of CoinDesk’s weekly Money Reimagined newsletter as well as a co-host of the podcast of the same name.
Michael was previously Senior Advisor to MIT Media Lab’s Digital Currency Initiative and was a senior lecturer at the MIT Sloan School of Management.
Before MIT, he spent 18 years at Dow Jones and The Wall Street Journal, where he was last a senior columnist covering global finance.
Michael has five acclaimed books to his name, including two on cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology — The Truth Machine and The Age of Cryptocurrency — both co-authored with Paul Vigna.
David Pakman

He led both the Series A and Series B rounds in Dollar Shave Club and sat on the board until that company was acquired by Unilever for $1B in July of 2016. Previously, Pakman was the CEO of eMusic, the world’s leading digital retailer of independent music, second only to iTunes in number of downloads sold.

As a former digital marketing executive, he know knows digital marketing. Wright is the co-author of Wiley & Sons, “Digital Sense,” with fellow Web 3 Speaker, Chris J Snook.
With Joel Comm, Wright cohosts two of Apple’s top 100 ranked business and technology podcasts, The Bad Crypto Podcast and The Nifty Show.
Wright advises several Web 3.0 and blockchain projects with marketing and strategies. Wright and Comm have minted over 1.5 million NFTs on WAX, are on the Wax Advisory Board, and have pioneered the Web 3.0 space since 2017.
