Grace Kyne

Grace is a Boston-based Senior Manager in EY’s Indirect Tax practice. Grace specializes in complex sales and use tax issues related to blockchain technologies, software, retail, and telecommunications industries.
Serving a variety of global retailers, Grace has assisted clients improve their processes at all phases of the sales and use tax lifecycle including POS tax collection; mapping and validating proper tax treatment of product categories; sales and use tax calculation and compliance; audit defense and controversy; as well as planning and structuring considerations. Grace earned a Bachelor’s Degree in International Affairs and Fine Arts from the Northeastern University and a J.D. from New England School of Law.

Mark Radcliffe is a partner at DLA Piper, a global law firm, with over thirty years In Silicon Valley assisting companies on corporate securities and intellectual property licensing. He is a Co-Chair of the Blockchain and Digital Assets.
He has worked on a wide range of web3 projects: assisting issuers and investors in structuring token sales (including Libra and Telegram), NFT platforms and NFT issuers. He has particularly deep experience in NFT projects and has assisted companies from Tik Tok to major sports teams in developing and implementing their NFT strategies.
He was one of the three lawyers who drafted the “Can’t Be Evil” NFT license templates sponsored by a16z Crypto https://a16zcrypto.com/introducing-nft-licenses/. He just completed three webinars on NFT legal issues.
