We’re excited to announce our third round of approved speakers for NFT.NYC 2023. Our first approval announcement in the New Year for the Legal & Finance Track includes 25 new Speakers.

Zach Lewis
Interactive Entertainment & Blockchain (NFT) Attorney at Frankfurt Kurnit Klein & Selz

Zach Lewis is an associate attorney in the Interactive Entertainment and Blockchain Technology Groups at Frankfurt Kurnit Klein & Selz. He counsels clients on the metaverse, NFTs, Web3, and new technology ventures across a wide range of industries, from video games and music to fashion, food, and film.

Zach works with clients on a variety of intellectual property matters, entertainment and brand deals, marketing agreements, privacy policies, and terms of service for various platforms utilizing blockchain technology. Zach is also the founder and lead community manager of Blockchain Barristers, an active global community that includes hundreds of lawyers and law students focused on legal issues surrounding blockchain technology.

Hannah Taylor
Partner, Co-Chair of Advertising and Blockchain Technology Groups

Ms. Taylor represents clients on digital media, consumer protection, branded entertainment, and intellectual property matters. She’s received praise in Best Lawyers, Legal 500, Chambers, and Super Lawyers. She works with clients to structure and negotiate media-related agreements, advises on claim substantiation and compliance with laws, as well as on compliance with relevant self-regulatory guidelines, and platform terms.

She represents clients before the FTC and the National Advertising Division. In recent years, Ms. Taylor has developed particular expertise on emerging technology and how clients can use social media and blockchain technology (including NFTs) most effectively and avoid significant legal risk.

Leon Hurd
Senior Associate, HCR

Leon is a Senior lawyer in the HCR regulatory team based in London where he regularly advises clients in the tech sector. Leon trained in the City at a magic circle law firm and has practiced for reputable firms in the City, in addition to practicing offshore in Jersey as a commercial disputes and regulatory lawyer. Prior to joining HCR, Leon was a specialist economic crime prosecution lawyer for the Government of Jersey.

Leon has a keen interest in the intersection between AML and financial crime compliance and blockchain businesses using NFTs. Leon conducts regulatory health checks on client businesses and regularly assists clients with the structuring and development of NFT based businesses to achieve commercial objectives in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Todd Miller
VP, Business Development and Partnerships at ChromaWay

Todd Miller is the Vice-President, Business Development and Partnerships for ChromaWay, an innovative blockchain software company. Its new public blockchain platform, Chromia, is hosting dApps across real estate, games, media, business, and government.

Todd’s team is responsible for identifying partners, leading investments, and managing initiatives across the Web3 landscape including real estate, Defi, sports, and games. Todd has launched innovative projects incorporating tokenization, NFTs, and smart contracts in the realms of both real-world assets (RWA) and virtual property and game worlds. Previous to ChromaWay, Todd was a leader of digital mortgage initiatives at Fannie Mae.

Mr. Miller earned a BA from the University of Wisconsin and an MPA from New York University.
